Comikaze Expo 2014

I went to Comikaze Expo 2014 all 3 days this year. It was so much fun! I got to see tons of panels with my favorite T.V. shows and stars. I met a few people and friended them, saw a lot of cool cosplay, and hung out with my boy at the expo. I also did some cosplay on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I was the 11th Doctor from Doctor Who and Sunday I went as Videl from DragonballZ. Here are some pics. I could talk about the Expo... but I won't. Just look and admire my pics. Haha.

More Hello Kitty Hungry Hunt!

I got another pin! Yay. This specific one I wanted the most. Why? Well because Hello Kitty has a boba in it. It's so adorable and I finally got it. Yay!

Hello Kitty Con 2014

Hello Kitty's 40th anniversary. Wow. So with that there comes the 1st ever Hello Kitty Convention. I stayed at Dave's place the previous night and took a bus to Little Tokyo for the convention. I'm not going to say much, picture tell a lot of the place and things I saw. There was tons and TONS of merchandise. The only things I got was a keychain and button from the museum exhibit. From the con itself I got penny pressed Hello Kitty things. They are awesome. 

I actually visited the exhibit before going into the convention itself. It wasn't crowded at all!

I loved this dress and it's my favorite color!

Hello Kitty Hungry Hunt

In honor of Hello Kitty's 40th anniversary, a Hello Kitty Hungry Hunt even was sent in place. There's 11 location of food with specific Hello Kitty items to try out and you get a pin. Last week I went to a few of them. I tried their food and got a cool pin. So location ran out so I'm waiting to get one for them. Hopefully they come in soon so I can get one of the pins.

Supernatural Season 10

FINALLY. Tuesday night was the first time I've seen Supernatural on TV. YAY. I  did miss 20 minutes of it because my cable box was being lame so I had to reboot the box. But still, I was happy. Dean, Sam... Castiel! Ahh. Lol :-)

Just to mention, I started watching Sword Art Online. 25 episodes long. Started on October 21st and finished today October 23rd, just before 1am. Haha. Now I'm finally watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

October events!

I went to Knott's Scary farm this month, on October 5th, it was awesome. The mazes this year were, Voodoo, Forevermore, Pinocchio Unstrung, Black Magic, The Tooth Fairy, Thick or Treat, Gunslinger's Grave, Dominion of the Damned and Special Ops Infected. WE did all of them. I say the only one that was eh, was Dominion of the Damned. I loved everything else. They all had something awesome and creepy. Special Ops was pretty cool. We went running around shooting at zombies :-D

I also went to Los Angeles Hayride. It was okay. The only interesting parts were the actual hayride and the in between dark maze. Everything else was lame. No wonder I never wanted to go to this thing. Haha. But because I wanted to hang out with Cliff I went. :-P

On Saturday night I hung out with my boy, Jackie and Mario. We went to The Backwoods Maze in Burbank. A fun little maze with great set decorations. Definitely worth going and it's free. We also went to Boney Island on opening night! As always, we watched the show and walked around and explored.

Three more events that I have purchased tickets for this month. Sinister Point "Beyond the Mirror" on Tuesday October 21st, Hello Kitty Convention on October 31st and Comikaze Expo October 31st - November 2nd. I'm planning to go to Comikaze on Saturday and Sunday only. I also hope to go to the Queen Mary on November 2nd. O_O I just hope my plans go accordingly.

Distracted by Anime

This past week I got distracted and started watching Anime. Whoops. I was supposed to be watching Supernatural... :-P I stopped at episode 18. I have 5 more to go but somehow I saw some ad on some website of myanimelist.net. I remember using this site years ago. I got curious and looked up my account and it was still active. Cool. I changed my password to log in (I've forgotten all about it.) Haha. So logged in and BAM, I had a list of all the anime shows I've watched, plan to watch, completed and etc.  I looked over my list on shows and started to check neon alley and hulu for anime shows. At this same time I has just finished watching Ouran High School Host club. Cute story. After I finished, I watched two episodes of Fairy Tail. Not sure where this show is going, but I'll continue later with it. When I was looking at Neon Alley, I saw the anime Nana. I remembered I was reading the manga and seen the first episode of the anime in Japanese. But now it was all in English so I started watching it. I Started watching October 14th and finished October 18th all 47 episodes. This required all day watching and staying up late sessions. Haha. I'm nuts but I got into it. But now I have to continue reading the manga from where it left of. There is plenty more after the anime ends. So here is another goal, continue reading the Nana manga :-D

Okay, okay. But I still need to finish Supernatural. I'm almost done. Now I'm on episode 22. One more episode and I will be on the 10th season and 2 more episodes to be caught up. Ooooh I can't wait. I should be able to do it by today, if not tomorrow. Yay!

Supernatural Season 9 ----> 10

Supernatural season 9 is on Netflix. FINALLY! It decided to come out a day before season 10 premiered on t.v. I'm pretty sure I can finish it in the next week. I'll only be two episodes behind if I can finish it by next week. :-) Yay! Hehe. Well at least I'm hoping so. I'm on episode 9 right now. 

It's funny, I started watching episode 1 and 2 and I felt that I've seen them before. I probably saw them on t.v. and didn't even realize that I was watching season 9. I thought the season was a repeat. But after I started episode 3 I knew that I haven't seen that episode. So yay! So here I go... I continue towards my goal for the new season.

Sailor Moon Crystal Books

This is the official SMC art book. I ordered it from Japan and it finally came in about the end of August I think. Here's a few pics from the book. It really is awesome :-)

This is from a magazine. I originally only got it because of Sailor Moon. I didn't know anything about Black Butler. I received it and I was so excited to get it. About a month later I started watching season 1 and 2 of Black Butler. One day I was looking through my comics and saw the cover again. That's when I realized it was a cover from a show I just started seeing and love. How cool. :-) 2 shows in one. Yeah. Some pics from the mag.

Another thing I wanted to add was a bag I've been wanting for so long since I saw it somewhere... probably some anime thing. I pre-ordered it from Japan and I finally got it at the begging of September.

Sailor Moon Crystal Act 7 Mamoru Chiba

Sailor Moon Crystal just keeps getting better and better.  I still keep waking up at 3am in the morning, twice a month just to watch Crystal. I'm that dedicated. Haha. OMG. I love Crystal so much. Today's episode was great. Mamoru and Usagi are so cute together. You can see a deeper relationship forming between them. I love this one so much better than the original. *_* They both want to be with each other. *Happy sighs* Haha.

New Computer 2014

Shortly after I got a new phone, my computer died. Ahh. My poor imac. I've had my comp since early 2009. I still have to take it to a shop and see if I can still get all my info off from it. I'm hoping I can, if not, oh well. I move on. I was without a desktop computer for two weeks. I tried using an old laptop and I somehow manage to get it to work. That laptop compute was bought in 2006. I used it for a few days to work on something for my mom then it decided to stopped working. I borrowed Dave's old laptop until I was able to get a new comp. Thanks to Dave I got a new iMac! :-D Yay. It's so pretty and big. I got a 27 inch screen :-) I also managed to get the programs I paid from back from when I was in school. :-D YAY. Those were the important things. I can use photoshop, after effects, illustrator, and some other ones. I also downloaded Minecraft again. I played a little bit but I've been busy writing and drawing some comic book story ideas. Haha. Yup. I will see what I can do with that. So yay for my new comp and all the new stuff I will be able to make.

New Phone

My HTC Evo 3D finally decided to die. Boo. I was without a phone the whole weekend. It felt strange but at the same time, awesome. :-) But sadly... (maybe) I had to get a phone for work and stuff. David actually went looking for phones for me and suggested which phones to check out. He mentioned HTC one, LG G2, Samsung S5, and Nokia I think? The one I ended up getting was the Samsung S5. It was nice and a perfect fit for me. Also, if I want to buy a watch in the future for it, I can totally do that :-) hehe. I love watches by the way... haha :-D

My bday!

It was my bday on Sunday August 10th. I'm 28 years old now. I don't feel any different. I still feel young and like me. Haha. :-) Gotta keep up my fitness with my new bike! Hehe. So happy that I bought a new bike for my bday. Jackie helped me out and we carried it in her car. Woo. This new bike is lighter than my other one. Yay. I still haven't had a chance to take it out, busy at work and then on my days off I have other things to do. Hopefully I can ride it soon.

The Late Late Show!

Yay. I few weeks ago, Thursday July 17th, I finally went to a taping of the Craig Ferguson show. It was so awesome. I'm glad that I went since this year it's his last on the show. But I did have a little bit of a problem. I left my ID at home and we already had arrived to the studio. The day before I went out on my bike and forgot to take it out from my bike bag. I did luckily have my old student ID. I was worried they would not accept it and Dave and I could not get it. But they did. YAY! We also got to see two different tapings. Woo. Then we watched those taping online. Haha. 

I've been busy with work and things. Post more stuff later. That's it for now.

My Car Battery Died

Oh no. That was problably my first thought when my car wouldn't start on Friday afternoon. (July 11th.) I tried a few times but no go. But luckly my brother just got home about 5 mins ealier from escondido. He comes down to visit on the weekends. I asked his for a ride and off we went to work at Dodgers stadium. When I checked the map on google the 134 E was all red down to the 5 S fwy. Because I was with my brother I told him to go down the carpool lane down the 134 E and onto the 2 S. 

I messaged Jackie and Hester letting them know of my sitiattion in case I didn't make it. But I actually made it in time woo. This is one example of my belief on how "Everything happens for a reason." If my car battery hadn't died, I would have been stuck in traffic and late for work. But instead my bro helped, rescued me and I got to work on time. Woo! :-) I called my dad and let him know what happened to my car. He helped out and got me a new car battery. Yay!

Moon Crisis : A Sailor Moon Tribute Art Show

I went to an art show all dedicated to Sailor Moon. I had fun looking at all these pretty art pieces and different art styles. I also had the chance to dress up again in my Princess Serenity cosplay. Yay! I actually had a little bit of a problem with my wig. It got tangled and I managed to messed it up even further but Dave came to my rescue and helped me fix it. YAY! I'm so grateful. I didn't think I would be using my wig for the show, but I did. Hehe. We got to Rothick Art Haus in Anaheim at 7pm. Show started at 6pm. I wanted to be there earlier but because of the wig, we got delayed. But we still managed to arrive and see everything. I also bought an art print since it was the only one I could afford. Haha. All money from this print sale went to charity. :-)
