Something I want to complain about...

I'm sick and tired of seeing on Facebook people saying they are starting a cleanse for weight loss, or going on a diet. What is up with that? There is no cleanse or dieting of any kind. If you want to lose weight, then eat right. Eat small portions of food. Eat healthy (fruits, veggies, etc.) stuff of course. Snack throughout the day. You also exercise... and you don't even have to do it everyday... I say at least 4 times a week is good enough for about an hour. If you go out, you don't have to eat all of the food that is brought to you, you can take leftovers home and eat it at a later time. If you feel guilty about eating something or eating so much... then STOP.  You should never feel guilty about what you eat, unless you are eating wrong. It's also not a bad thing to indulge yourself in foods you love once in a while, but you don't do it every single day. Take responsibility for what you do.

I have to say, people who think they have to do a cleanse or diet is dumb. There is no cleanse or dieting of any sort. All you are really doing is changing the way you eat. It's all in the mind. You change your habits to good habits and then you will be on your way to loosing weight. You just have to manage what you eat. Then it all becomes normal and you keep at it. You don't stop once you get to where you want to be, you continue to maintain it.
